Laser Marking Optical Field Lens – Fiber Laser Marking
Fiber Laser Marking can be applied to the marking of almost all materials. The general opticalpath system and beam transmission sequence are; the beam is enlarged by the beam expander and then then beam combiner incorporate the red light (for the indication) in and reach to the galvo scanner where the beam is deflected. Finally, the field lens is applied to focus the beam at the working postion.
In a typical scan lens configuration, the F-Theta lens is used with one or two axis galvo mirrors that enable fast positioning and precision focusing of the laser beam.While standard focusing lenses deliver a focused spot to only one point, scan lenses deliver a focused spot to many points on a Scan Field: or workpiece.
