1. The goods will only accept to be returned with an approved Return Material Authorisation (RMA) which has been issues by EtchON Service Team.
2. The Buyer Shall guarantee the lable remain the same as they were bought. Changes in Lable will void the warrnaty norms and will not be consider for repair or replacement.
3. The goods must be carefully packed in a suitable shipping box. Buyer assumes all responsibility for products damaged in shipment to EtchON.
